Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal for contracts concluded through distance selling or away from business premises. No paid contracts are concluded through this website; the following notice applies to any consumer service contracts concluded through distance selling.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

Exercising the right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Grawert IT-Service OÜ, Pudisoo küla Männimäe, EE-74626 Kuusalu vald, Estonia, email: info@grawert-it.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below for this, although it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must repay to you all payments we have received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

If you requested that the services should begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the point of withdrawal, compared with the full scope of the services agreed in the contract.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

In the case of a contract for the provision of services, the right of withdrawal expires once we have fully performed the service and only began performance after you gave your express consent and at the same time confirmed your awareness that you would lose your right of withdrawal once we had fully performed the contract.
