Scheduled maintenance
Maintenance windows are usually on Sundays between 02:00 and 05:00.
We announce any work with a noticeable impact at least five working days in advance.
Report an issue
If everything here shows green but things still aren't working for you, please let us know – then the issue is local and we'll look into it right away.
In the event of a complete outage, please use the emergency hotline directly.
